Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Temporary)
Location: Various client locations
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Assignment Dates: Monday 20th July – Friday 24th July

Rooted Talent Group Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner on behalf of one of our valued nursery clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and reliable childcare professional to join a welcoming nursery team for a temporary assignment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
- Plan and support engaging play and learning activities.
- Observe and monitor children’s development and wellbeing.
- Support daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
- Work collaboratively as part of the nursery team to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements
Level 2or 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent recognised qualification).
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Right to work in the UK.
