About the Role
Newport has a growing mix of retail, distribution, and digital commerce businesses, and at Lilabali Digital Commerce and Lifestyle Services we focus on keeping online product information, orders, promotions, and customer activity organised across our ecommerce channels.
We are looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator who can support day to day online trading activity, maintain accurate product listings, coordinate promotions, and help ensure customers receive a smooth shopping experience from browsing through order completion.
You will work closely with marketing, merchandising, customer service, inventory, and operations teams to keep ecommerce activity accurate, timely, and well coordinated.

Key Responsibilities
Product Management: Create and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, categories, and other ecommerce information.
Order Coordination: Monitor online orders, support fulfilment queries, and work with operations teams to resolve delays or order issues.
Promotion Support: Assist with the setup and coordination of online promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and discount activity.
Website Updates: Support routine website changes including banners, product collections, content updates, and promotional pages.
Marketplace Support: Help maintain accurate listings and product information across relevant third party marketplaces.
Inventory Coordination: Work with inventory and supply teams to monitor product availability and reduce stock related customer issues.
Performance Tracking: Maintain basic ecommerce reports and monitor sales, product performance, order activity, and customer trends.
Customer Experience: Identify listing errors, navigation issues, or recurring customer concerns and help coordinate practical improvements.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce, online retail, marketplace operations, digital marketing, merchandising, or a closely related role.
Ecommerce Knowledge: Good understanding of online product listings, order processes, promotions, customer journeys, and digital retail operations.
Organisation: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple products, deadlines, campaigns, and operational priorities.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence working across marketing, operations, customer service, and supply teams.
Digital Skills: Comfortable working with ecommerce platforms, spreadsheets, content management systems, and online marketplace tools.
Analytical Skills: Able to review basic sales and product data, identify issues, and support practical improvements.
Customer Focus: Understands how accurate product information, stock availability, and clear communication contribute to a positive online shopping experience.
Mindset: You are organised, commercially aware, and detail focused. You take ownership of ecommerce tasks, communicate clearly, and stay focused on keeping online operations accurate, efficient, and customer friendly.
Pay: £2,500.00-£3,000.00 per month
