Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve with enthusiasm to create a positive guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and pastry display areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing ingredients, decorating baked goods, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
Requirements
- Prior barista experience is highly preferred; familiarity with espresso machines and beverage crafting is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food items.
- Experience serving customers in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory levels.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate loads, and work comfortably in a lively setting.
