Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an Apprentice aluminium Fabricator and kick-start your career in metal fabrication! In this hands-on role, you will learn essential skills to assist in the creation and assembly of custom aluminium windows/doors . Under the guidance of experienced fabricators, you will develop your mechanical aptitude, gain proficiency with various tools and techniques, and contribute to the production of high-quality fabricated products. Duties
- Assist senior fabricators with cutting, shaping, and assembling aluminium windows and doors using hand tools and power tools
- Learn to operate cutting equipment, including CNC processes, to join metal parts accurately and safely
- Support the fabrication process by measuring, marking, and preparing materials according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency during fabrication tasks
- Participate in quality checks to ensure all jobs meet project standards and specifications
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling tools, machinery, and materials throughout the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for learning about aluminium fabrication, and manufacturing processes
- Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material handling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures at all times
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift moderate loads, and work in a manufacturing environment
