About Us
K&C Joinery Ltd is an established kitchen installation, joinery and home improvement company delivering high-quality residential projects throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.
Our work extends far beyond kitchen fitting. We provide complete end-to-end solutions covering kitchen supply and installation, bespoke joinery, flooring, underfloor heating, tiling, plastering, decorating and associated trades.
Due to continued growth and an increasing number of projects, we're looking for an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our expanding team.
We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, communicates professionally with customers and other trades, and can consistently deliver clean, dependable plumbing installations to a high standard.
The Role
This is a hands-on plumbing role working predominantly within residential properties and as part of our kitchen installation and refurbishment projects.
A significant part of the position will involve kitchen-related plumbing, including sinks, taps, waste systems, dishwashers, washing machines and alterations to existing pipework. However, the successful candidate should be comfortable undertaking a broader range of domestic plumbing work where required.
You'll regularly work alongside our kitchen fitters, carpenters, tilers, plasterers, flooring specialists, electricians and other trades, so good communication and the ability to coordinate your work around a wider project are important.
Travel to customer properties across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas will be required.

- Working within occupied residential properties

Any additional relevant qualifications, accreditations or trade certifications should be included with your application.
The Person We're Looking For
We're not simply looking for someone who can connect a sink or alter some pipework. The standard of the finished project is extremely important to K&C Joinery, and every trade involved contributes to that final result.
The right person will be someone who takes ownership of their work and notices the details.
You should be comfortable entering a customer's home, protecting the surrounding area, completing your work professionally and leaving the property clean and tidy afterwards.
You should also be able to communicate clearly if you identify an issue that could affect another part of the project, rather than simply completing your own work without considering the wider installation.
Reliability is particularly important. Our projects are carefully scheduled around multiple trades, so turning up when agreed and completing work within the expected timeframe is essential.
What We Offer
- Competitive rates based on experience
- Consistent and ongoing work
- High-quality residential projects
- Varied plumbing work
- Regular kitchen installation and refurbishment projects
- Opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of trades
- Supportive and professional working environment
- Long-term opportunities for the right person
- Growing pipeline of projects
- Immediate start available for the right candidate
Why Join K&C Joinery?
K&C Joinery is continuing to expand its end-to-end approach to kitchen installations and home improvements.
Rather than leaving customers to coordinate multiple contractors themselves, our aim is to provide the trades and expertise required to take projects from the initial stages through to completion.
For our tradespeople, this means becoming part of a wider team where workmanship, reliability and communication genuinely matter.
We want to build long-term relationships with skilled tradespeople who share our standards and can grow alongside the company as our workload continues to increase.
