We have Home Support Worker vacancies available in the following areas:

We are looking for dedicated individuals to accommodate our ever growing client database
Our usual working shifts are:
- Morning Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm.
- Evening Shift: 2:30pm – 10:00pm.
- Alternative weekends required.
- Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.
As a Home Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals within their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Duties include:
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Supporting service users with mobility needs and physical disabilities, including the safe use of mobility aids and personal equipment.
- Assisting with meal preparation, snacks, and drinks.
- Supporting individuals with eating and drinking where required.
- Assisting with medication administration.
- Carrying out domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, light cleaning, laundry, tidying rooms, and emptying commodes.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Contributing to end-of-life care where appropriate.
