Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various areas of the facility.
- Ensure restrooms are sanitized, stocked with supplies, and maintained to high cleanliness standards.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to maintain clarity and shine.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are consistently maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Maintain cleanliness records and complete checklists as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Nice-to-have: prior janitorial experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
