We are looking for a reliable Building Maintenance Engineer / Handyman to join our growing maintenance team. This is a permanent position with an immediate start available.
The successful candidate will carry out a range of general maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties. A company van and paid travel are provided.
Main Duties:
- Reactive maintenance work
- Minor building repairs
- Basic decorating tasks
- Minor plumbing repairs
- General property maintenance
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Good practical maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
