Due to sustained growth, we are looking for an experienced, conscientious, quality-driven window and door installer to join our friendly team.
Based out of the office and warehouse in the Stroud area, the successful candidate will be installing replacement uPVC, aluminium, timber, and timber alternative/composite windows and doors in domestic properties within our geographic service area. A fully racked and branded van will be available to use during working hours.
This is a highly valued and integral role, ensuring the brand’s reputation for high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is upheld as we work to grow and expand in the area.
Only experienced and competent fitters will be considered for this role. Unfortunately, the van is not available for use outside of working hours so candidates will need to be able to get to and from the warehouse independently each day.
Key Requirements
- MUST HAVE a minimum of 6 years’ fenestration installation experience, with strong capability and proven track record (experience of all aspects of fitting replacement windows and doors is essential).
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Your own tool kit.
- Prior use of a tablet is desirable as all of the survey and order documentation is on an iPad for you to use.

- Reliable and instinctively takes responsibility and ownership of tasks and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy across the board.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude.
- Clean and presentable due to the nature of the site locations.
Hours of Working
7:30am – 16:00pm Monday to Friday.
Salary
£25,000 – £45,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
