We're looking for passionate, fun and music-loving individuals to join our team as Seasonal Event Client Advisors during our peak season. If you thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and love being at the heart of the action, this one's for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering VIP-level customer experiences during seasonal activations & artist launches
- Being the on-the-ground point of contact for artists, talent teams & guests
- Supporting event setup and live execution from start to finish
- Keeping the store energy high and every moment running smoothly
You're a great fit if you have:
- 1–3 years in events, hospitality, experiential retail or a customer-facing role
- Confidence engaging with customers, artists & VIP guests
- Strong multitasking skills and a calm head under pressure
- A genuine passion for live music, culture & shared experiences
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends & event days
