We’re looking for a full-time bartender to join our small, dedicated team. You’ll need a passion for cocktails, attention to detail, and a calm, confident presence behind the bar. Working in a compact team means you’ll be an essential part of both the service flow and the guest experience.
The Role
- Preparing cocktails with consistency, precision, and flair
- Engaging with guests and offering tailored drink recommendations
- Supporting floor service during busy periods
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Helping develop and refine drink recipes and menu ideas
- Cleaning and polishing glasses
- Cleaning duties
What We Offer
- £12.91 + service charge
- 5 days a week (evening shifts) 43hours per week
- Opening hours: 6pm – 1:30am

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ cocktail bar experience
- Strong product knowledge and curiosity to learn
- Friendly and professional demeanour under pressure
- Team player with pride in presentation and efficiency
