These Are Part Time Positions ( 8 - 12hrs)
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:
To provide bar service within the Hotel, and ensure that customers are served promptly & courteously, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, and at all times in line with hygiene and safety regulations; that all customers who visit or contact the hotel or use the facilities have their expectations met and exceeded; to work as part of the wider hotel team to promote a positive image of the Hotel at all times.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Service
Service of beverages within Lock & Quay bar & Shipquay Restaurant
Ensure cash procedures are adhered to strictly
Ensure Hotel security is maintained
Report and liaise regularly with Bar/ Food and Beverage Manager a or
Assist with service in other areas of the hotel as requested
Carry out any other reasonable request asked of you
EXPERIENCE PreFERRED
Previous experience (1+ year bartending)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
