Joinery Project Manager – Bespoke High-End Joinery | Kent Workshop + London Sites
James Wellesley Joinery is a leading high-end joinery company specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke interiors for London’s most luxurious residences. From intricate wardrobes and dressing rooms to fully integrated kitchens and unique free-standing pieces, we deliver exceptional craftsmanship in collaboration with architects, interior designers, developers and private clients.
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Project Manager to join our team, based at our state-of-the-art workshop in Kent, overseeing projects primarily across London.
The Role
- Manage bespoke joinery projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are consistently met
- Coordinate between the Kent workshop and London project sites, including regular site visits and client meetings
- Lead and support a skilled team of designers, cabinet makers and installers to deliver seamless execution
- Problem-solve on site and in the workshop while upholding the highest standards of luxury craftsmanship
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in bespoke joinery, high-end furniture or luxury interiors
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable travelling regularly between the Kent workshop and London sites
- A genuine passion for luxury interiors and commitment to excellence
