Aspect Flooring Limited offer a supply and install flooring service to newbuild, commercial and domestic contracts.
We are looking for an Office Junior to provide essential support to our team. You will learn the ropes of administration, gain hands-on business experience, and be a key part of our daily operations.
As an integral part of our organisation, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting our managers with day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth running of our busy office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working collaboratively, can work under pressure - this role is ideal for you.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, emails and correspondence and routing them to the appropriate departments.
- Assisting with scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assisting the Office Manager and other departments with various daily tasks.
Requirements

- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to use your own initiative.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in the work environment.
- Punctual and highly organised with a neat workspace.

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
Pay: £19,750.00-£22,000.00 per year
