Job Purpose:
Manage the onboarding and integration of new clients onto the Conectia platform, and onboard affiliates to the relevant campaign. Whether migration from existing affiliate network or brand new.
Responsibilities:
Prepare GAP analysis and commercial forecasts in support of client pitches.
Work with Business Development team to prepare a new client integration onto the Conectia platform.
For migrations, prioritise existing affiliates and acknowledge gaps for opportunities.
For brand new clients, prioritise biggest revenue generating opportunities to ensure the best performing affiliates are prioritised.
Ensure new campaigns are set up in Conectia platform and supporting platforms is accurate at all times. Including but not limited to tracking, commissions, affiliate contracts.
Communicating with relevant affiliates to onboard.
Manage client assets to be distributed for affiliates.
Ensure client remains informed at all time on affiliate onboarding progress and campaign performance, Managing client expectations.
Handling handover of new client to client services team once integration phase is complete. Following the approved process.
Support client services team as necessary ongoing with new and existing client campaigns.
Ensure reporting team are informed of any campaign anomalies/ bespoke specifications from outset, and ongoing through launch phase.

· Excellent Excel and analytical skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach and communicate with people
· Strong eye for detail, able to spot and resolve problems before they arise.
· Experience in an Administrative related role
· Extremely driven with the ability to work on own initiative
· Positive and honest with a can-do attitude
· Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Power Point
· Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· High moral standards
A-C GCSE in Maths, English and Science
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
