About the Role
Pretend Mind Tech is seeking an innovative and commercially focused Product Manager to lead products from concept through development and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong product strategy, customer insight, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
- Conduct market and customer research.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements.
- Manage product backlogs and development priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
- Present product strategies and performance to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to balance customer needs with commercial and technical considerations.
