Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing our incredible team, ensuring food safety and health & safety standards are met, and maintaining and developing the best possible experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service
- Lead and manage the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor the team in serving practices and guest service excellence
- Manage stock levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure the restaurant is well-stocked
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and enhance guest experiences
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house
Experience
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position
- Background in hospitality management or related field is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with health & safety safety regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
