WHAT DO WE WANT?
We're looking for an ambitious, people-focused General Manager who can take ownership of their restaurant and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results.
You'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring we deliver the highest standards of people, product, service and performance.
YOU WILL:
- Lead, coach and develop your team, creating a positive and high-performing restaurant culture.
- Take ownership of the restaurant's commercial performance, working towards sales, profit and key performance targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure our FASTER, FRESHER, TASTIER promise is brought to life every day.
- Recruit, train and retain great people, ensuring the restaurant is fully staffed with a strong pipeline of talent.
- Lead from the front during busy periods, maintaining energy, pace and exceptional standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared, cooked and presented to product specification.
- Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness and restaurant presentation.
- Take responsibility for Health & Safety, Food Safety and all company standards, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Manage stock, waste and labour effectively, identifying opportunities to improve restaurant profitability.
- Analyse performance and use data and insight to drive improvements.
- Build strong relationships with your team, customers and fellow managers.
- Support and implement new initiatives, processes and ways of working as Chopstix continues to grow.
- Create an environment where your team can have fun, feel valued and deliver their very best.
