Day-to-Day Responsibilities

·This is an agile and active role. You will be moving around, welcoming, engaging, supporting and navigating visitors and colleagues throughout the day
·Taking care of the ground floor reception, lobby hosting and meeting room experience, you'll play a key role in creating memorable workplace experiences. Flexibility and proactivity are cornerstones of exceptional customer service, and you will be trained to wear many hats, supporting everything from reception and switchboard duties to managing room bookings.
· Acting as a professional and welcoming ambassador for all visitors, colleagues and clients
· Managing visitor arrivals and departures in line with site procedures
· Owning the reception, lobby, meeting rooms and breakout spaces, partnering with service providers to deliver a seamless customer experience
· Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries professionally
· Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are ready for use
· Building positive relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to improve their experience
· Supporting events, workplace experiences and engagement activities
· Managing day-to-day tasks, requests and enquiries with flexibility and initiative
· Reporting building, facilities or service issues through the appropriate channels
· Supporting the wider team with additional duties as required
Additional Information:
· Fixed-term contract from September 2026 to August 2027
· 24 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday, between the hours of 7:45-18:30 (9hours per day with 1h of unpaid lunch)
Pay: £19,414.00 per year
