As part of The Dickerman Group, you'll be joining a global organisation with more than 50 years of experience across the Water, Marine, Offshore and Technology sectors, built on a foundation of Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Communication.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a varied, hands-on role with genuine long-term career prospects.
You'll gain experience across multiple areas of the business, working closely with our technical, sales and operational teams to support the delivery of water utility projects and services. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys learning, problem-solving and taking on new challenges.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting water utility projects and specialist equipment operations
- Preparing, packing and dispatching equipment for customer contracts
- Assisting on customer sites and gaining practical industry experience
- Providing administrative and office support, including data entry and record management
- Communicating with colleagues, customers and suppliers via phone and email
- Maintaining a safe, organised stores environment
- Assisting with project coordination and operational activities as required
- Taking part in ongoing training and development opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident communication and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and build a successful career

Salary & Benefits
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
