We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumbing & Drainage Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems, while also carrying out occasional plumbing works as required.
This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to work across London and the South East, providing a high standard of service to both domestic and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose faults within drainage systems.
- Carry out drainage repairs, installations, and pipe replacements.
- Clear blockages and resolve drainage-related issues.
- Undertake minor plumbing repairs and maintenance where required.
- Perform planned maintenance and servicing of drainage and plumbing systems.
- Provide professional advice and excellent customer service to clients.
- Complete all required job reports accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Plumbing & Drainage Engineer.
- Basic plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of drainage systems and associated equipment.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A willingness to travel throughout London and the South East.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- One week in every four on-call:
- Monday to Sunday
- 11:00am – 7:00pm (or until all emergency work is completed)
