### **About the Role**
Are you a hospitality professional with an uncompromising eye for detail and a passion for luxury presentation? We are seeking an **Executive Remote Housekeeper** to oversee and elevate the presentation of our premium, remote holiday properties across the stunning Isle of Skye.
This is an executive-level role for a proactive coordinator who treats every property like a 5-star boutique hotel. Because our properties are nestled in some of Skye’s most beautiful, remote locations, you must be a confident driver who thrives on independence, scheduling logistics, and maintaining flawless standards across distances. Hours scale dynamically based on the seasonal holiday-let calendar, offering excellent earning potential.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **5-Star Property Presentation:** Execute and oversee luxury turnaround cleans, ensuring linen is crisply pressed, styling meets strict branding guidelines, and welcome hampers are perfectly curated.
* **Remote Logistics & Driving:** Independently travel between remote properties across the Isle of Skye. Manage your time efficiently to ensure all properties are guest-ready ahead of check-in times.
* **Quality Control & Inspections:** Conduct rigorous pre-arrival and post-departure inspections, identifying maintenance snags, wear-and-tear, or inventory shortages.
* **Stock & Linen Management:** Coordinate seamlessly with remote laundry services, manage linen rotations, and keep inventory of premium toiletries, firewood, and guest supplies.
* **Contractor Liaison:** Coordinate on-site with local tradespeople, gardeners, and window cleaners to ensure deep cleans and maintenance jobs are executed smoothly.
* **Digital Reporting:** Use a smartphone or tablet to log maintenance issues, update the property calendar, and send real-time property status updates to the management team.
### **What We Are Looking For**
* **Premium Hospitality Experience:** A proven track record in luxury housekeeping, estate management, or 4/5-star hotel supervisor roles.
* **Independent Drive:** You are self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working alone in remote locations while keeping a cool head under tight turnaround windows.
* **Flawless Standards:** You notice the details others miss—from a smudged wine glass to an unevenly folded towel.
* **Skye Geography & Driving:** A full driving license is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable driving on rural, single-track roads in all Scottish weather conditions.
* **Flexible Availability:** Ready to scale hours between 20 and 50 hours per week based on peak booking seasons and turnaround schedules.
