Garden Maintenance Operative – Part-Time Position
SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Part-time Gardener, with a minimum of 2 years of gardening experience. Ideally, the person will be available for at least 3 days (ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but happy to discuss options).
The ideal candidate will be able to work at heights and ideally have a valid driving licence with VAN driving experience.

Key Responsibilities
- General garden maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, and forking
- Pruning and trimming trees, hedges, shrubs, and bushes
- Fertilising and plant care
- Manual handling of various garden tools and materials
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Occasional work at heights (minimum 3m)
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of gardening experience (Essential)
- Horticultural qualification or equivalent hands-on experience (Essential)
- Comfortable working at heights (Essential)
- Full UK driving licence and ability to drive a Transit-style van (Desirable)
- Friendly, polite, and able to follow instructions
- Reliable team player with a flexible approach to working hours
