Duties
- Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves and beard trims.
- Engage with clients through friendly conversation and active listening to understand their desired styles and grooming needs.
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation and adhere to hygiene standards and safety regulations at all times.
- Offer styling advice and recommend suitable hair care products to enhance client satisfaction.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere using excellent customer service skills and building lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain styling options and grooming advice.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in barbering techniques including fades, line-ups, shaves, and beard grooming.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude
