We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Team Members to join the Urban Pitta family. Whether you have previous hospitality experience or you’re looking for your first opportunity in the industry, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing fresh food to our high standards, and helping create a welcoming environment for every customer.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing outstanding customer service.
Preparing and serving fresh food.
Taking customer orders accurately.
Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and well presented.
Following food safety and hygiene procedures.
Working efficiently as part of a fast-paced team.
What we’re looking for:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
