**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with a two-person crew to transport vulnerable adults and children to hospitals and clinics throughout N.I.
- Apply your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to deliver appropriate care.
- Provide necessary transportation services across Northern Ireland.
- Conduct basic life support procedures when needed.
- Assist with physical examinations under medical supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and prevent infections using aseptic techniques.
- Communicate effectively using medical terminology in documentation and patient interactions.
- Support triage processes during emergencies.
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks to assist clients with mobility.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- A full clean driving license with no more than 3 penalty points and candidates over 23 years old.
- Proficiency in basic life support techniques and a valid FREC 3 certificate (self-funded training available for suitable candidates).
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques for infection control.
- Understanding of medical terminology for effective communication.
- Capability for heavy lifting tasks.
- Experience in the caring sector is preferred but not essential.
