We’re seeking a Business Development Executive, ideally with a strong accounting background. Since many of our properties involve tenant and landlord financial dealings, your accounting knowledge will be a huge asset—especially as we explore commercial properties and potential Airbnb expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage your financial expertise to assist in structuring and negotiating rental agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and commercial property owners.
- Provide insights on financial viability when assessing new property acquisitions or Airbnb opportunities.
- Support with the financial aspects of tenancy, such as rent structure or commercial lease terms.
- Track key financial metrics and support business growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- ACCA part-qualified or similar accounting qualifications.
- A Master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in property lettings, sales, or business development.
- Strong financial acumen combined with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive, business-growth mindset with attention to both financial and client needs.
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
