Summary
This is a rare opportunity as we are seeking a SENIOR WEDDING MANAGER to join our management team at Runa Farm in Barnard Castle. In this role, you will lead a dedicated and close-knit team delivering weddings to the very highest standard. We are an extremely busy venue with 200+ weddings per year as well as having an amazing pub/restaurant on the same site. You will work closely with the General Manager and be assisted by our well-established Junior Wedding Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage and delivery a high volume of weddings
- Maintain our exceptionally high standards
- Train, motivate and help develop the Front of House wedding team
- Take ownership of the complete wedding experience here at Runa Farm
- Form part of the venue’s senior management team
Requirements
- 100% proven experience as a wedding manager
- Creativity and flair for imaginative design
- A real passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to be constantly striving to improve everything we do
