What you’ll do
As an Influencer Associate at Sainsbury’s in the Digital Marketing division, you will play a key role in supporting the Influencer Lead to manage the Sainsbury’s influencer programme.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with creators and influencers to deliver content across social channels in line with brand strategy
- Owning the influencer calendar, ensuring content is planned and optimised for paid media utilisation
- Supporting community management on influencer content, maintaining an active and engaging brand presence
- Ensuring all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- Attending influencer events and supporting on-the-ground execution
- Tracking and measuring influencer performance, reporting on effectiveness and key learnings
- Conducting competitor analysis and sharing insights to optimise programme performance
Your deep understanding of social media, experience working with digital media agencies, and passion for staying current with trends will be key to success in this fast-paced, creative role.

Essential Criteria
Experience working with digital media, creative or influencer agencies.
Experience of social media tools and platforms (e.g. Sprout).
Project and cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
Experience in Influencer event planning.
Experience in Excel.
Experience in retail.
