* Help coordinate deliveries, access arrangements, site logistics and working areas.
* Communicate with clients, landlords, facilities teams, subcontractors and suppliers where required.
* Follow up snagging works, outstanding items and completion records.
* Support basic project administration, including site notes, photos, reports and document collection.
* Escalate safety issues, delays, access problems or quality concerns to the Project Manager.
* Be flexible to support different types of works, including warehouse fit-out, office works, electrical, data cabling, CCTV, access control, racking, lighting and other site activities.
Requirements

* Good communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
* Flexible and willing to travel to different project sites.
* Hardworking, hands-on and practical.
* Reliable, responsible and able to follow instructions.
* Able to work under pressure and deal with practical site issues.
* Good attention to detail when recording progress, site photos and documentation.
* Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, PDF documents and photos.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
