Job Description
Premier Equine is looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Administrator to support our social media, email marketing, website content, product launches and digital campaigns.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the equestrian world, has a creative eye and wants to build a serious career in digital marketing.
You do not need to know everything already. You do need to be organised, accurate, confident with digital platforms and genuinely interested in horses, riders and equestrian customers.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and supporting content for social media, email marketing and digital campaigns
- Engaging with customers on Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
- Responding to customer service queries received through social media
- Posting, monitoring and responding to customer reviews on relevant review platforms
- Supporting the planning and creation of daily social media posts
- Assisting with product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotions
- Reviewing and assisting with email marketing content
- Checking content before it goes live to ensure accuracy and quality
- Compiling and reviewing social media statistics across various platforms
- Updating product information across B2C and B2B websites
- Editing, uploading and updating images for both websites
- Organising and maintaining the digital asset library
- Adding sale products and promotional updates to the relevant websites
- Supporting website presentation, product pages and campaign pages
- Assisting with photo shoot preparation, content creation days and campaign planning
- Helping maintain a consistent and premium brand presence across all digital channels
What We’re Looking For
The right person will have:
- Strong equestrian knowledge or hands-on equestrian experience
- Genuine interest in horses, riders and equestrian products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- A confident and professional communication style
- Good organisation skills
- A creative eye for content, images and brand presentation
- Confidence using digital platforms and learning new systems
- A reliable, proactive and structured working style
- High levels of empathy, integrity and accountability
- The ability to work well with colleagues across different departments

Equestrian knowledge is essential for this role.
