The Old Rectory Care Home, Acle, Norfolk 30 Hours per Week £13.19 per hour | £13.85 per hour when covering Senior duties
Are you a caring, compassionate individual who enjoys making a difference during the quieter hours of the night?
The Old Rectory Care Home is looking for a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our friendly team. This role includes occasional Senior Care Assistant cover when required, including responsibility for medication administration.
Working on a two-week rolling rota, you will complete 2 night shifts one week and 3 night shifts the next, including weekends.
What you'll do:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents throughout the night
- Promote residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Respond to residents' needs with kindness and patience
- Complete care documentation accurately
- Provide Senior Care Assistant cover when required, including medication administration
What we're looking for:
- A caring and reliable individual with a positive attitude
- Previous care experience is desirable
- Confidence working independently during night shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Medication experience is advantageous for senior cover duties
