Located within the iconic Liberty London store, Seventy Five at Liberty is a modern British restaurant celebrating seasonal ingredients, warm service and relaxed refinement. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our back of house team from late August until the end of September.
Role Overview
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Wash and sanitise dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Keep pot wash and back of house areas clean, tidy and well maintained at all times
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties as required
- Ensure waste is handled and disposed of correctly
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures
- Support set-up and clear-down for service periods
About You
· A positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Previous kitchen or porter experience is an advantage but not essential
· Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Physically capable of manual tasks and standing for long periods
· Calm under pressure and willing to support the wider kitchen team
· Flexible and available to work throughout the contract period, including weekends and bank holidays
