What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Working with children across different age groups (EYFS, Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4).
- Providing 1:1 or small group support to students who need an extra helping hand.
- Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
What we are looking for:Note: You don't always need formal qualifications, but a passion for helping children learn is essential!
- Experience: Previous experience working with children (as a TA, youth worker, camp leader, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Adaptability: A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in different school settings.
- Reliability: Schools count on us, so we need people who are punctual and dependable.
- Compliance: You must hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
