Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently, creating a welcoming environment
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Handle cash and card transactions with basic maths skills
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with setting up for service
- Provide attentive service, recognising guest needs and addressing any concerns promptly
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
- Personable attitude with excellent communication skills
