We're currently recruiting for 7.5 Tonne Delivery Drivers to join a well-known national retailer based in EX5, Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a recognised household name, delivering a range of household products directly to customers' homes as part of a professional two-person delivery team.

The Role
As a 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently to customers' properties alongside a driver's mate. Deliveries will predominantly consist of white goods, although you'll also be responsible for delivering a variety of other household products.
This is a physically demanding role involving regular lifting and manual handling, requiring a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 7.5 tonne delivery vehicle.
- Deliver white goods and a range of household products to customers' homes.
- Work as part of a professional two-person delivery team.
- Load and unload products safely using correct manual handling techniques.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and road traffic legislation.
Requirements
- Valid UK 7.5 Tonne (Category C1) driving licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous multi-drop or home delivery experience is desirable but not essential.
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
