We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality are maintained at all times.
- Supervise staff including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas, providing guidance and support to optimise team performance.
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate food production and kitchen activities to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to maintain efficient stock control.
- Implement and uphold health and safety policies across the premises.
- Train new staff members in service procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally to guarantee a positive dining experience.
- Organise staff rotas and optimise labour costs while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality ingredients and equipment are available.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
- Experience in food production, serving, hospitality, or hotel management is highly desirable.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing operations efficiently.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and customers.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations including culinary experience is advantageous.
- Previous barista experience or bar management skills are considered a plus.

Pay: £28,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
