Job Description
We are recruiting for a Trainee Manager to join our team in London. This is a full-time, permanent position designed to support the development of individuals into management roles through structured training and practical experience.
The role involves working closely with an established team to learn day-to-day operations, team coordination, and customer-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day coordination of team activities
- Work alongside team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Assist with planning and organising in-person marketing and sales activities
- Learn how to monitor performance and contribute to team targets
- Participate in training sessions covering leadership and operational processes
- Provide support with onboarding new team members
- Maintain professional standards when interacting with customers and colleagues
