Role Purpose
The Administration Support Officer will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the effective delivery of certification services. The role requires accuracy, professionalism and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of business functions and develop specialist knowledge relevant to compliance, operations and quality management.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to UK and international clients
- Coordinating documentation, reports and internal workflows
- Assisting with compliance and professional standards processes
- Supporting operational and commercial activities across the organisation
- Liaising with clients across multiple industry sectors
- Developing an understanding of decision-making processes within an accredited certification body
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Training and Development
