Gtek Foods are seeking a motivated and dynamic person to join our team in a role of sales support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for results and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales support person you will be responsible for managing select existing clients, building relationships and processing paperwork. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your time efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Basic IT skills for managing sales software and tools
