We're a fast-growing premium home cleaning business and we're looking for an exceptional person to grow with us. This role starts with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week and builds to full time within 8–12 weeks as our client base expands — which it is doing, week on week.
This suits someone who wants to get established with a great employer from the ground up, rather than walk into a pressured full schedule from day one. You'll have time to learn our high standards properly, get to know the team, and build your hours steadily alongside our growing client list.
What you'll be doing:
Working in pairs, you'll be cleaning some of the most prestigious homes across Horsham, Cranleigh and the surrounding villages. If you're local, even better — you'll already know the area and your commute to meet the team each morning will be a short one.
What we offer:
- Guaranteed minimum 20 hours/week from day one, building to full time within 8–12 weeks
- £13.30–£18.00 per hour depending on experience
- 28 days paid holiday (pro rata, rising with hours)

What we're looking for:
- Enthusiastic, reliable and takes pride in their work
- A full UK driving licence

- Based in or around Horsham, Crawley or the surrounding area (preferred — most of our work is local and we find local team members tend to stay and grow with us longer)
