We are looking for a Mobile Cleaner/ Supervisor to work a mix of mornings and evenings.
Your duties as a Mobile Cleaner will involve covering annual leave and sickness and carrying out site visits. Required to provide cleaning cover if and when needed.
You also at times may be required to help and support the morning and evening cleaning supervisor.
Also, will be required if and when to work Saturdays to carry out deep cleans.
You will be contract to 30 hours, if you work over these hours you will be paid.
A van will be provide with fuel card.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate mobile cleaning operations across various sites, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Supervise and motivate a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high performance.
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, waste disposal, and restroom maintenance.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify that cleaning procedures are followed correctly and standards are upheld.
- Manage scheduling, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order replacements as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote health and safety protocols, ensuring all team members adhere to safety guidelines during cleaning activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures.
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience in a cleaning or facilities management environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead staff and coordinate with site managers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
