Overview
We are seeking an experienced compassionate and dedicated Female Community Support Assistant to join our team. *Exclusion under Equality Act 2010 due to intimate personal care tasks being carried out
The role involves providing personalised assistance and support to some individuals within the community, ensuring their well-being and promoting independence.
Why This Role Is So Special
With a growing number of younger adults seeking greater opportunities and older adults requiring a helping hand to remain independent, Community Support Assistants play a vital role in supporting people both in their own homes and within their local communities.
You will help individuals maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life. Sometimes this means providing practical support; other times, it means being a friendly face, a listening ear, and a trusted companion. More often than not, it involves both.
We are currently seeking an experienced support worker for this position. However, if you are interested in developing a career within the care sector, we would still love to hear from you. Apply through this advert and we will be happy to have a conversation about future opportunities.
We provide full training, paid shadowing, and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be reliable and compassionate, and feel confident working independently as well as part of a team.
