Job Overview ：
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic culinary team. The main responsibilities include dessert preparation, food preparation, order packing, and food dispatch. This role is suitable for someone who is organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities ：
- Prepare desserts according to restaurant standards
- Assist with food preparation and dish production
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately
- Check orders before dispatch to ensure accuracy and quality
- Assist with plating, food presentation, and kitchen workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Support opening preparation and closing cleaning duties
- Complete other kitchen tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements：
- Previous experience in food preparation or a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation methods
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Experience working in a restaurant or catering setting is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends if required
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field
Working Hours:
● 8 hours per day
● 5 days per week
● Shift times will be arranged according to the restaurant schedule
● Availability for weekends is preferred
