What You'll Do

Drive Operational Excellence – Visit restaurants, coach teams, and raise the bar on quality, service and cleanliness. You’ll spot opportunities and implement improvements that make a real difference.

Boost Profitability – Hit budgets, beat last years numbers and keep costs in check. You’ll analyze P&L’s, support marketing initiatives and ensure every guest leaves happy.

Champion Safety & Compliance – Protect our brand by enforcing health and safety standards. You’ll audit, coach and retrain where needed – because safety is nonnegotiable

Lead with Impact – Take on special projects and other duties that keep our business moving forward.
What We're Looking For

Experience: At least 2 years in multi-site restaurant management. You know what it takes to run multiple locations successfully

Leadership: A proven track record of building great teams and being hands on then needed

Flexibility: A 45-hour week with availability across all day parts and weekends

Bonus Points: Experience opening new sites and solving complex problems
