You’ll get full training to match applicants to properties and carry out viewings- becoming a friendly, familiar face that helps guide them through the whole process.

You’ll be:
- Handling enquiries and speaking to prospective tenants
- Matching applicants to the right properties
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Organising your diary
- Getting feedback and negotiating between applicants and landlords
- Supporting tenants through the application process

The important stuff:
- Pay: £12.90 per hour + bonuses, commission and performance-related pay
- Contract: Fixed term (until April 2026), with potential for the right person to stay on permanently
- Hours: Full-time
- Office hours: Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am–4pm
- You’ll need: a full UK driving licence and experience working in a phone based role
