Parking Enforcement Officer – Middlesbrough & Surrounding Areas
We’re looking for a Parking Enforcement Officer to join our team, covering multiple private car parks in Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas. You’ll be on the front line helping to ensure parking rules are followed and that our sites run smoothly and safely.
What you’ll do:
- Patrol private car parks to ensure parking terms are being followed
- Identify and report vehicles abusing parking areas
- Provide excellent customer service and manage conflict calmly and professionally
- Maintain clear, accurate records while on patrol
What we’re looking for:
Must be 21 or over (for insurance purposes)
Excellent communication and people skills
Confident when dealing with the public and resolving disputes
Experience in parking or security is an advantage, but full training will be provided
Full UK driving licence required
Smart, professional appearance and reliable work ethic
The role:
40 hours per week (including a 30-minute daily break)
5 days a week on a rotating rota structure
Company vehicle provided for work use
Immediate start available for the right candidate

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
