We’re very excited to be on the lookout for our next shop manager!
You'll be joining an amazing existing team of staff in an owner-led business that was founded to provide fresh food, outstanding customer service and a fair and supportive work environment for staff.
As one of our shop managers, you’ll be passionate about good food, great service and building positive relationships, with both your hyper-regular customers and the team. You’ll have strong experience of working in busy and demanding hospitality environments, an excellent knowledge of food handling and be competent at additional responsibilities such as emails, stock ordering and delegation. We’ll also need you to have an excellent understanding of food hygiene practices as you’ll be responsible for ensuring that cleaning and hygiene standards are maintained at an exceptional level.
