We are a luxury wedding and events business creating unforgettable guest experiences through our unique interactive event stations, including our Keyring Bar, Scent Bar, Photo Booth, and other bespoke experiences. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our growing team.
The Role
As an Event Assistant, you’ll help deliver exceptional experiences for guests at weddings, private parties, and corporate events. You’ll represent our brand professionally while ensuring every event runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Set up and pack down our event experiences.
- Welcome and assist guests throughout the event.
- Help operate our Keyring Bar, Scent Bar, Photo Booth, and other experiences.
- Keep displays clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service with a warm and professional attitude.
- Travel to venues across London and occasionally further afield.
- Work closely with the business owner to ensure events run seamlessly.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and approachable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting event equipment.
- Hospitality, retail, or events experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
