Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our dynamic human resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing employee data, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth HR operations. Duties
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and ATS to ensure accurate employee records and data entry.
- Support recruitment activities by assisting with applicant tracking, onboarding processes, and candidate communications.
- Utilise Salesforce and social media management tools to promote employer branding and talent acquisition campaigns.
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers to ensure seamless employee data integration.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programmes and HR policies.
- Prepare reports and analyse HR data to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle administrative tasks including document management, correspondence, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR projects related to organisational development, training programmes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar systems is essential.
- Experience with ATS tools like Taleo or equivalent applicant tracking systems is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of data entry procedures and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and social media management platforms for recruitment marketing purposes.
- Prior experience with administrative tasks related to human resources functions is preferred.
